I moved here this past winter and need the motivation of meeting others to make myself get on a schedule. This group meets several times a week, which makes me get up off the couch in the evenings!

My in-shape pace is 8:30...I'm only at about 9:30 right now, but just started back this week after 6 months of slacking.
Keep running through as much of my pregnancy (due Dec) as possible.
