Lake Pine (Apex Community Park), 'round the hood, Umstead
About how far and how fast are you going?
4-6 miles on a normal day; can run up to 15 miles once a week 11-12 m/m (yep I'm slow)
What are your running goals?
Never to stop, stay injury free, maybe the OBX Marathon, BIG maybe haha
