Introduction
Have a big race in a few months and need some new motivation.
Where do you jog/run?
Back roads right now or local school track.
About how far and how fast are you going?
I am doing about 8 min/mile for 2-4 miles aound my neighborhood.
What are your running goals?
I might never see 5 min miles again but would like to get below 7's before the winter.
