Introduction

I live in Cary, moved from NJ in 2005, and have been running since I was 13. I always feel much better after I run!

Where do you jog/run?

Around my neighborhood area during the week. Usually I run with RTR at Umstead on Sundays, sometimes ATT on Saturdays and Shelley Lake on Wed. Sometimes I go to the Tir na nOg run on Mondays to do a fast run.

About how far and how fast are you going?

I usually run 4 or 5 times a week, typically 4 to 8 miles each day during the week with a long run on the weekend of 10 to 20 miles. Usually between 8:00 to 8:45 for long runs, 7 to 8:30 for shorter runs.

What are your running goals?

Half marathon by end of May 2009 (did one in May and one in Aug), full marathon by the end of the year (NYC Nov 1st). Would be nice to BQ, we'll see! Next year, I'd like to focus on maintaining running 3 to 4x a week and run some shorter races.
