Introduction

I bumped into someone when I was out for a run at Jordan Lake today who suggested I join RTR. Seems like a good idea, so here I am!

Where do you jog/run?

Mainly around Jordan Lake (New Hope area). Lee County and also the ATT. Umstead occasionally.

About how far and how fast are you going?

'Fast' is not a word I associate with myself. Figure 10-10:30 min/mile on the road, 11-12 on the trails. Distance wise, I have a 100 miler, 4 marathons, a 50 miler, and and two 24 hr runs under my belt.

What are your running goals?
