getting back into running and am looking for ways to keep moving and motivated.
i live near lake lynn, so i mostly run the loop around the lake or hit the treadmill. have run near shelley lake once or twice.
anywhere from 4-8 miles, depending on whether i'm working for speed or distance. i generally do about a 10 min mile. i try to run about 3 times per week.
to increase speed and distance in general; would like to start doing some races again eventually.
