I used to run by myself but have run out of self motivation. Group motivation is what I need.
Lake Lynn is my place for running.
Currently running about a 7mph pace and running about 10-15 miles per week.
My running goals are 1) Run a 5k in under 20 min 2) Complete a full Marathon and 3) lose the rest of my fatness.
