Introduction
I have run for over 30 years. I am a high school track coach and Special Education teacher in Ayden NC and I spend a lot of time visiting Raleigh to run at Umstead. I am still an active runner and run several ultra marathons a year.
Where do you jog/run?
In Greenville mainly, I make two trips to Umstead a month, normally on the weekends. At other times I travel to Medoc Mountain to run as well.I camp at the park and try to get in 18-20 a day, back to back if possible.
About how far and how fast are you going?
80 miles a week at a 10-11 min pace. Extremely aerobic runs. Long and far as I can go.
What are your running goals?
Run at least 75 miles in September at the Hinson Lake 24 hour run in Rockingham.
