Hello Everyone! Most of my running experience is on the roads. However, I love the outdoors and find trail running MUCH more fun. I'm looking forward to meeting new friends to hit the trails with!
i work near umstead- so i like running there in the evenings. i also run at ATT and the occasionaly duke cross country trail.
I typically run a 9-10 minute pace and am currently running 3 times per week for 45-80 minutes. Would like to increase to 4-5 times per week with a 10-12 mile run once a week.
to stay injury free, enjoy the outdoors, increase general fitness so i can work toward a marathon in the fall
