I've recently moved back to Raleigh from overseas, and am looking to get back into a running routine.

Where do you jog/run?

Around my neighborhood, Umstead, or Schenck Forest

About how far and how fast are you going?

I aim for 15-20 miles per week, at around 8 min/mile

What are your running goals?

Just run more often/regularly, with an occasional race thrown in.
