Where do you jog/run?

I LOVE running in Umstead. Also run some on the greenways in Raleigh.

About how far and how fast are you going?

Distance varies. I usually do two runs of about an hour during the week and a long run on the weekends. Pace is about 9-10 mm, sometimes a bit faster for shorter distances and sometimes a bit slower for longer distances.

What are your running goals?

At this time I'm just maintaining a consistent running schedule. I finished my first marathon in March 2009 in Umstead, and looking forward to doing it again next year!
