Introduction

Hi, I've been in Raleigh for under a year and would like to meet more people. I've been running a couple of years and just started doing races, and I'd love to do more!

Where do you jog/run?

I typically run Shelley Lake, Umstead, and Lake Lynn.

About how far and how fast are you going?

I typically run between 3-7 miles, and my pace varies between 8-9min miles. I just ran my first marathon, so, of course, I ran a lot farther while training.

What are your running goals?

I mainly just want to stay in shape, but I would like gain some speed and endurance, especially for my next marathon.
