I want to get back into running, as I used to love it. I need the motivation of others at this point because I can't seem to get off the couch on my own. I have not run in over a year, so I expect my pace to be slow - hopefully that won't discourage
I would like to run anywhere in NW Raleigh, as I live near Ebenezer.
2-3 miles at this point and I really don't know how fast I am right now.
I'd like to build stamina and begin running in races for different charities and for fun.
Whether you're an avid runner or just getting back to it (like myself) you'll fit in! There were varied groups that easily made their routes accordingly. Everyone seems very inviting!
