Where do you jog/run?
In the woods, on the road, pretty much anywhere
About how far and how fast are you going?
That's a good question. Right now, I'm probably 9 minute miles, all the way. However, I hope to improve.
What are your running goals?
I'd like to easily master 8 minute miles, and/or longer distances, >5 miles.
