Introduction
Hi. I'm Ed. I live in Raleigh and have been running for a while now. I'd like to do more trail running.
Where do you jog/run?
My neighborhood, Umstead Park. I'm up to about 5 miles right now but want to work up to 1/2 Marathon. I usally cruise at 9-10 min mile pace. I do a lot of Sprint Triathlons.
About how far and how fast are you going?
I usally do a 10K in under 50 mins
What are your running goals?
1/2 Marathon this fall
