Hey all. I have gotten so much support from this group I am in awe. Thanks all for the help in reaching some of my goals and if I can help anyone else it would make me very happy. CU on the trails.
Where do you jog/run?
Umstead, Cary Greenways, Bond Park, Crabtree area and anywhere else RTR holds an event.
About how far and how fast are you going?
Jogging about 20 miles /week at 10 mm
What are your running goals?
OBX marathon - will be my first full in Nov 2009

"But just one thing... bring your own water for the run if you are going to want it. Last year it was very warm ( believe it or not it was about 85 in the shade that morning!!)..."

"Let me help you from my high school teacher background...If you take the ratio of of 5k and an 8k then multiply it by the ratio of of X to 3.1 miles when you solve it using algebra you will have your answer. :-)"
