Trail running is a good excuse to go slower!
Most often in my neighborhood. But on occasion in Umstead.
On trails? Probably between 9.5 to 10 minute miles.
Feel comfortable running hilly trails for over an hour. Keep in shape for half marathon distance.
Good mix of Slackers and a bit more serious runners.
