Introduction
I'm interested in improving and conquering my fitness goals. I enjoy the outdoors, fresh air and a good workout. I would also like to get out and meet others who share my interests.
Where do you jog/run?
Umsteads main entrance trails on weekends and during the week at 5pm I run at the Reedy Creek entrance of Umstead off I-40. I usually drive a white blazer and run at Umstead tuesday through thurday. Give me a call if you want to meet up. 919-906-3280
About how far and how fast are you going?
I typically run at around an 8-10 minute pace
What are your running goals?
I would like to get my average race pace down to 6 minute pace. Its 7 right now.
