I'm new to trail running and am looking for others to run with and learn from while enjoying the trails.
ATT in Durham and Umstead.
Mileage varies, have done a half marathon in the past. Now running 3-4 times a week from 3-7 miles. Working on the mileage for Uwharrie and Pilot Mountain. Trail pace as a newbie is around 12-13 mm for longer runs 9-10 shorter.
