DESCRIPTION:Raleigh Trail Runners\n\nThis is another EARLY BIRD SPECIAL: \n
 \nRTR Half Marathon aka 'my training plan calls for a 14 mile run that day'
  \n\nThe plan is to do a total of ~14 miles at ~10mm pace (7 miles out and 
 back). This run is perfect if you want to ramp up your mileage for a fall m
 arathon. If you don't want to run quite that far just turn around earlier s
 ince this is an out and back run.   \nWe will start at 7am at the New Hill-
 Olive Chapel Trailhead\, the South end of the ATT. It's a bridle trail\, so
  this will be a lot less pounding on the knees compared to the North end of
  the ATT. I know this is early\, but then the early bird catches the worm\,
