This is another EARLY BIRD SPECIAL:
RTR Half Marathon aka 'my training plan calls for a 14 mile run that day' 
The plan is to do a total of ~14 miles at ~10mm pace (7 miles out and back). This run is perfect if you want to ramp up your mileage for a fall marathon. If you don't want to run quite that far just turn around earlier since this is an out and back run.
We will start at 7am at the New Hill-Olive Chapel Trailhead, the South end of the ATT. It's a bridle trail, so this will be a lot less pounding on the knees compared to the North end of the ATT. I know this is early, but then the early bird catches the worm, right?
