Shelly Lake has become a weekly tradition each Wednesday evening. Take a nice jaunt around the lake (approximately 2 miles each loop), all paved, mostly flat. The trail is located off of West Millbrook Road between Creedmoor and Six Forks Roads. We will meet in front of the Seratoma Arts Center.

We'll meet at 6:25PM, leaving at 6:30pm and will decide between the two routes:
1. Run for a total of four miles total around the lake or
2. Run for six miles (out and back) to Crabtree mall.

The typical pace will be around 9-10mm, however if there is someone willing to lead a faster group and knows the route - we can split up into separate groups. If you run faster or slower and leave early before the rest of the group(s) get back, please be sure to let someone within the group know (preferably an organizer).

For those of you who would like to change and/or shower after, there are showers at the Arts/community center.
