If one morning RTR run a week isn't enough for you, come out for another on Thursday morning! This one will start a little bit earlier, 6:30 until the end of the school year and then possibly moving back a little more after school lets out, depending on the feedback.

I do plan to run only an hour this week, but still will start at 6:30.

We will be meeting at the entrance to Umstead off of Harrison Avenue. This is the point where Harrison dead ends into Umstead. Since the gate is still closed at this time, we will meet outside the gate where we park.

This will be a regular weekly run so if you can't make it this week, there is always next week! Please note that this week we're meeting at 6:30 a.m.
