Continuation of the weekly Monday evening run at Lake Lynn in North Raleigh. We will run on the greenway around of the perimeter, each lap around the lake is approximately 2 miles. This is an ideal run for beginners or runners coming back from an injury. You can opt for 1, 2, or 3 laps and the pace will be between 9 and 11 minutes per mile.
Note the meeting place is at the Lake Lynn Community Center off of Ray Road (not the entrance off of Lynn Road). Check the map for correct location. The community center has restrooms so its convenient for changing, getting a cold drink, etc.

  Still plan to run, unless its a downpour. Running in the rain is better than running in the heat and humidity.
