Shelly Lake has become a weekly tradition for RTR, and by popular request, we will introducing a mid-morning weekend run. Take a nice jaunt around the lake (approximately 2 miles each loop), all paved, mostly flat. The trail is located off of West Millbrook Road between Creedmoor and Six Forks Roads. We will meet in front of the Seratoma Arts Center.

We'll meet at 6:00PM, leaving shortly afterwards and plan to run together around the lake at a pace around 9-10mm. If there is someone willing to lead a faster group and knows the route - we can split up into separate groups. If you run faster or slower and leave early before the rest of the group(s) get back, please be sure to let someone within the group know (preferably an organizer).

For those of you who would like to change and/or shower before going to eat, there are showers at the Arts/community center.
