DESCRIPTION:Raleigh Trail Runners\n\nFor those with a flexible schedule and
  a dislike for running in the dark or morning cold\, it's once again time t
 o dust off the afternoon weekday run at Umstead.  This will be a fairly reg
 ular run a couple days during the week for those who are able to break away
  from work (call it a late lunch!) for an hour.  I will try to be there by 
 around 4:20 and we will head out to the trail at 4:30.  So if you are close
  and have a flexible work schedule or the afternoon off\, come on out for a
 n afternoon run at Umstead.  \n\nTODAY'S RUN WILL BE 10 MILES AT ~9mm pace.
  \n\nThe route today will start at the Reedy Creek Entrance where Harrison 
 ends\, we'll run to Reedy Creek Lake\, then right on Old Reedy Creek\, left
  on S. Turkey Creek merge with N. Turkey Creek\, right on Graylyn for about
  1/4 mile\, then back down to a left on Old Reedy Creek\, then a right back
  up Reedy Creek Lake back to parking lot.  \n\nNOTE: Since we are in the in
 clement weather time\, please make sure you check the calendar for any spec
 ial cancellations due to rain\, snow\, ice\, hail\, extreme cold\, extrater
 restrial invasion\, etc...   On the rare occasion my schedule can get turne
 d upside down and I may be unable to make the start time or perhaps even be
  able to run at all\, so PLEASE be sure to check the posting an hour before
  start time.  If in doubt you can always call my cell.  \n\n    Where: Main
