Run is ON!

Weather Policy: Will run in rain, cause its fun, but not with lightning, cause not so fun!

Join us for a Sunday morning run and breakfast afterwords. We'll start at our traditional Sunday run location and could look to venture to others areas that members might suggest. We will meet behind Lake Crabtree and run Old Reedy Creek Road through Umstead Park.
Please try to change your vote to a solid Yes or No by Saturday evening so I can get a fairly accurate count of who is going to be here. We will start the run at 8:44 AM and, for those who are interested, head out to Cafe Carolina afterward.
This is a great run for beginners since the course is an out-and back. Some runners run to the end of the park (the fence). Others may opt to increase or decrease that time and the pace is up to you. As a note, several runners use this as their long run, so if you're training calls for a long run, come join us.
