Yes, it's true. I am going to be a year older, and guess what? That means I take the day off, and run during lunch so take off work so help me celebrate!!! Do what it takes (within reason of course) :-)

We'll meet at Raleigh Times in downtown Raleigh and plan to leave promptly. There should hopefully be plenty of street parking and a few parking decks near the Bar (located at 14 E. Hargett Street). We'll run around downtown Raleigh and for those slackers that can take off work - we'll then plan to get a bite to eat, most likely at Spize Cafe.

Another option if you haven't eaten there, is Raleigh Times. Even though it's a "bar" - they have got the BEST veggie burger in the triangle (in addition to "regular" meals).

So...the run will be ~3.14 miles at about a 9-10mm pace through downtown Raleigh. I'll provide route directions via cue sheets at the event, but if you want to go farther you are more than welcome to make up your own route. If you do the latter, make sure you run with a partner, know the route, and don't leave anyone behind.

Feel free to bring a change of clothes so you can eat and hang out afterwards in non-running attire.

Please call if you are running late or are lost [masked].

Cya on trail,
Larry
