**note - bring a headlamp and/or flashlight as it's getting dark!!

Shelly Lake has become a weekly tradition each Wednesday evening. Take a nice jaunt around the lake (approximately 2 miles each loop), all paved, mostly flat, and it's located off of West Millbrook Road between Creedmoor and Six Forks Roads. We will meet in the upper parking lot, adjacent to the Arts Center.

We'll meet at 6:00PM, leaving around 6:15pm-ish and plan to run together around the lake at a pace around 9-10mm. If there is someone willing to lead a faster group and knows the route - we will split up into separate groups. If you run faster or slower and leave early before the rest of the group(s) get back, please be sure to let someone within the group know (preferably an organizer).

Following this run, we will go for a bite to eat and/or drink at Carolina Ale House.

For those of you who would like to change and/or shower before going to eat, there are showers at the Arts/community center.

    Hey John,

I think cats don't really care what one is whispering, as most seem too aloof. A dog on the other hand is always interested in food ...

How many RTR members have or have had the nickname "Dog Whisperer"??? Is there not a single "Cat Whisperer" or "Bird Whisperer" amongst us? Larry, maybe we can add the motto "Dog Whisperers with a running problem" to our site? ;P
