"There is a big sign by the entrance so you can't miss it. Since we'll start before the main gate opens, we'll be standing outside the main gate. You'll need to park on the grass outside the gate if all the spots by the gate are filled."

Hi All,

NOTE TIME CHANGE TO 8 AM THIS WEEK NOW THAT IT SHOULD BE GETTING A BIT COOLER HOPEFULLY!

This run is relatively new and so far folks that have attended are running anywhere from 4 miles (to the route 64 underpass and back) up to 16+ miles at a variety of paces. So no matter what your distance or pace, feel free to join us early for this run at ATT!

We can discuss whether anyone is up for going out after to Panera or somewhere else local for coffee/breakfast.

If you are running late or need directions, please give me a call at 919-412-1122.

Please note the gate and bathrooms open at 8am so if you get there early, please park outside the gate. Also, there are no water fountains so please bring water with you.

Since the gate should open around the time we are meeting this week, we'll meet by the bulletin board in the parking lot near the bathrooms.
