Want to get your run out of the way before it gets hot and muggy in the afternoon?  Welcome the opportunity to have to shower only once during the day?  Accomplish these things PLUS the benefit of enjoying the beauty of Umstead in the morning!  We'll run at a pace of 9-10mm and will be running for about an hour.  We can run Company Mill, a beautiful trail that passes by the old mill - left at the bridge - crosses Reedy Creek - winds around and crosses Reedy Creek again - then back to the start - very scenic!  Other suggestions for routes are welcome! 

We will be meeting at the entrance to Umstead off of Harrison Avenue.  This is the point where Harrison dead ends into Umstead.  Since the gate is still closed at this time, we will meet outside the gate where we park.  Please note we are now starting at 6:45!
