    Clear skies and perfect temp - nice! For some reason I though this was near Greensboro but I see now it's near Lillington and Fuquary-Varina. Google maps estimates 1:22 from Cary (near Maynard High-house) coming down Rt 1 - is it really closer to 1 hour?

    Trails are in good shape. Temps look to be 48 deg at 9 am and 54 by 10am but can be a little cooler on these covered trails in a valley ... still perfect!!!

    Its not going to be cold I think Mary...but i think you all will have a great time. Wish i could be there.. Next year I hope so. Be alert and have a great run.

    Really wish I could make it guys and girls. I have an MRI that I can't reschedule at 12:50pm. If I went I don't think I could make it back to Raleigh in time. Hopefully I can make the next group run or race.

    Hope everyone is ready for the race and has arranged carpooling... my chariot is full. We are leaving Raleigh at 7 - that will put us there around 8. So maybe we could try to meetup around 8:30 near packet pickup for a photo.
