Come out on Sunday AM and get your run in early!

We usually have a variety of members that run different paces/distances. The main course is an out and back on a bridle trail, so you can't get lost. For those who want to run longer or a different course there are other options that we can discuss that morning.

After the run we usually meet at the Carolina Cafe. Don't forget to ask for your 10% RTR discount there.

We'll start introductions at 7:30 am, so please try to come on time. If you need directions or want us to wait for you, call my cell [masked] prior to 7:30 am.

Important to note for those who haven't been to the Sunday run at this location yet...there is no bathroom (except the woods) so plan accordingly. Also I'd definitely recommend bringing water along on the run.

For those who have not been there, once you turn onto Old Reedy Creek Rd, you'll pass a water treatment facility on your right and you'll go over a one lane bridge. You'll see cars parked on either side of the road and you'll see a fence to the left where we meet (see link).

Hope to see you bright and early on Sunday! cool

If you are slower or new it is not a problem, at the nd of each jog interval the person in the lead can circle back and we group up. Its not about distance its about time on the feet
